Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centric code.
- Optimize application performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Design and implement robust security protocols and data protection measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js (or similar frameworks).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
