Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across the organization.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and design of new product initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with at least one major backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, or Spring).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
