Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack features using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain a robust and reliable codebase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
