Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences on all devices.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, refactoring legacy systems as needed.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
