Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while optimizing application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
