Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement efficient algorithms to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- DevOps Integration: Maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust deployment strategies, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and application integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
