Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 Horizon Technical Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact technologies.
- Conduct rigorous Future-Tech Gap Analysis to identify emerging trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Biometrics.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current system architectures.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to align long-term technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Oversee the proof-of-concept (PoC) phase for high-risk, high-reward technologies to de-risk future investments.
- Establish governance frameworks for the responsible adoption of emerging tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Tech Leadership or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technical roadmaps with a 5+ year horizon.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML integration, predictive modeling, and scalable infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodologies is a strong plus.
