Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of next-generation AI infrastructure and scalable distributed systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct high-level research into emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing interfaces) and evaluate their feasibility for commercial application.
- Performance Optimization: Architect high-performance computing pipelines to ensure real-time data processing and low-latency model inference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Scalability Strategy: Develop strategies to ensure system resilience and scalability as we approach our 2026 launch targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and high-availability systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, undefined problems and drive technical decision-making in ambiguous environments.
