Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce forward-looking scenarios and roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present insights to leadership through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Oversee the development of proprietary future intelligence tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
