Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Translate emerging tech trends into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Represent the company at international innovation summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech implementation
- Published thought leadership in future studies or emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio of strategic roadmaps that influenced organizational transformation
