Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to map alternative futures for our industry verticals
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion human-centered design principles in all futuristic technology development
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, journals)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies like Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Systems Thinking
