Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Produce comprehensive trend analysis reports and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight analytics practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
