Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Vision Roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to explore future scenarios and identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce foresight reports on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise executive leadership on market evolution and competitive positioning
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or disruptive innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
