Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning for disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, and climate tech domains
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizations
- Design strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision strategies
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
- Speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent global forums
