Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends through 2026-2030

- Present visionary briefings to stakeholders including board members and government agencies
- Curate proprietary trend intelligence databases and competitive foresight analytics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies or research institutions
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and probabilistic forecasting tools
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or recognized speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar forums
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
