- Design and implement innovation pipelines to capture emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-assisted analysis
- Present trend briefings to executive boards and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting platforms
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation management
- MBA or relevant advanced degree with focus on technology strategy or systems thinking
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
