Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence by 2026
- Design scenario planning frameworks for geopolitical and economic shifts
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Build and maintain global network of futurist researchers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published author in futurism or technology ethics
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Experience influencing C-suite decisions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate tech innovation ecosystems
