Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging trends and disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact research publications and white papers on next-generation technological and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional research methodology with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-shaping initiatives
