- Build predictive models simulating market scenarios through 2030
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring organizational future-readiness

- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record publishing future trend analysis (whitepapers, reports)
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
