Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content disseminated to Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation workshops with executive leadership teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
