Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align innovation portfolios with future horizons
- Build and manage an international network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategic transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ major strategic foresight implementations
