Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into actionable insights
- Produce high-impact visualizations (roadmaps, infographics, interactive models) for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight methodology across the organization
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces) for strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business value and measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
