Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary foresight projects analyzing technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable infrastructure
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on future-of-work implications
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business recommendations
- Oversee development of proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms and AI-powered analysis tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
