As a key member of our Futures Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors. Our award-winning methodology integrates AI-driven trend analysis with human-centered design thinking to anticipate paradigm shifts before they happen.

Responsibilities
- Develop and validate predictive models for 2026 market disruptions using quantitative and qualitative research
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI governance, biotech ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend briefs published in industry journals and proprietary intelligence reports
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise clients with customized 2026 strategic foresight programs
- Mentor junior analysts on horizon scanning methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
- Present findings to executive boards and at global forums like Davos and CES
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing accurate 5-year predictive models for technology adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, synthetic biology, or circular economy systems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with portfolio of published trend reports
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across diverse industries
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful client engagements with measurable ROI
