Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives for 2026+ market scenarios and technological inflection points
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using machine learning and qualitative human-centered research
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in climate tech, AI governance, and bioeconomics
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype future-proof business models and organizational structures
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, domain experts, and behavioral economists
- Present findings at global forums including Davos and World Economic Summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Quantitative Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or trend analysis
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, horizon scanning)
- Proficiency with Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or sustainable futures
- Deep understanding of geopolitical systems and their impact on innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent professional designation required
