Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies and future trends relevant to 2026.
- Develop long-term strategic plans based on foresight analysis.

- Advise senior leadership on strategic opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to align innovation initiatives.

- Manage a portfolio of foresight projects and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
