Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI architectural roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly products.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in designing Generative AI models, NLP pipelines, or Computer Vision systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to deployment.
