Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains to identify disruptive forces through 2026
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops that prepare organizations for complex futures
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business recommendations
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional research, analytical, and scenario-building capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
