- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and social shifts
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections

- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with $5M+ annual budgets
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging market entry and disruption preparedness
- Present findings to global leadership and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
