Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize future-focused products and services
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and societal trends
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's $5M annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Strong network connections with Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Experience scaling innovation programs across enterprise environments
