Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce annual Future State reports for executive and board audiences
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging technology pioneers
- Maintain a competitive intelligence database of disruptors and innovations
- Represent the company at global futurist and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of trend analysis influencing business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
