Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning models to prepare organizations for exponential change and black swan events
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into corporate DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Oversee innovation incubation programs targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author or recognized authority in future studies publications
- Experience advising governments on 2030+ policy frameworks
- Fluency in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
