Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to validate future scenarios and market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios and allocate resources to high-impact initiatives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building and managing global innovation ecosystems
