Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for high-impact future scenarios
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry experts for trend intelligence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., from World Futures Studies Federation) preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or consulting environment
