Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-vision into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
- Author high-impact trend reports influencing company-wide transformation
- Represent FutureHorizon at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
