Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios with Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption and disruption mitigation
- Produce executive-level future intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advise C-suite on innovation portfolio optimization and future-proofing strategies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.) and societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, white papers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on transformational change
