Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Design and execute innovation pilots in partnership with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Integrate foresight into corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
