Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product development
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings to executive leadership and industry stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future scenarios and their potential business impact through data modeling and simulation
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytical modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
