Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-era computational challenges
- Direct cross-disciplinary research teams across physics and AI domains
- Architect quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research funding
- Translate quantum prototypes into enterprise-scale solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals
- Present findings at global quantum summits (e.g., Quantum World Congress 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum research with 2+ leadership roles
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants
- Strong background in quantum cryptography protocols
