- Build innovation pipelines through partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate foresight insights into measurable business impact metrics
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Published work in innovation or technology foresight
