Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging challenges
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor junior innovators in futures thinking methodologies and emerging tech
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on market trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in strategic planning with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- PhD or equivalent in technology, futurism, or related field preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio of successful future-focused projects or thought leadership
