Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech solutions
- Facilitate executive workshops with Fortune 100 partners to co-create future-ready business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the societal impacts of AI governance and biotech ethics
- Manage a $50M R&D portfolio focused on sustainable innovation and human augmentation
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and UN Technology summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Biology
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of accurate forecasts required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
