Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying disruptive forces across technology, geopolitics, and social evolution
- Design and facilitate executive strategy workshops translating foresight insights into actionable business plans
- Develop quantitative trend models and qualitative scenario frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a network of domain experts and academic researchers
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining personal thought leadership credentials
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research or industry-defining trend reports
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence across cultural boundaries
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and futures simulation software
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects resulting in measurable business outcomes
