- Design innovation frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum adoption, etc.)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D to align long-term research with market evolution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight publications
