- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations for board-level decisions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
- Integrate ESG and sustainability metrics into long-term planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic transformations based on future analysis
