Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotechnology, AI, climate tech, and human augmentation domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030
- Design and lead executive workshops on emerging technology implications
- Produce thought leadership white papers and industry trend reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic pivots and innovation opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and societal transformation drivers
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
