- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with 15+ validated trend predictions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Build stakeholder consensus around transformational initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Expertise in Delphi method, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/CFP) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
