- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on societal and technological paradigm shifts
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against horizon-scanning objectives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across distributed, asynchronous workflows
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
