Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future market opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Establish quantitative models to forecast adoption curves and market impacts for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy and product development
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) a plus
