Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
